Method: Extract orange juice sour lime juice and onion juice.
Shell clean devein
and wash the prawns. Drain and pat dry. mix all the ingredients for the marinade except butter well and apply to the prawns.
Keep them aside for marinating for four hours.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan and fry the prawns on a low heat till
cooked and light brown in color. Serve hot. Serves four.
